03 · Preliminary Budgeting & Pre-Construction
Using our experience, we develop initial budgets or ranges aligned with your goals. A pre-construction agreement allows us to begin detailed planning, estimating, and coordination.
04 · Planning & Development
We collaborate with you and your design team to refine plans, confirm costs, establish schedules, and resolve details before construction begins.
05 · Construction Agreement
Once the scope is defined, we present a clear construction agreement outlining the work, timeline, and costs—so expectations are fully aligned.
06 · Pre-Construction Preparation
Before breaking ground, we review logistics, milestones, and communication to ensure a smooth and organized build.
07 · Construction
Our in-house carpenters and trusted trade partners execute the work with precision. We manage the site, maintain communication, and focus on quality at every stage.
08 · Completion & Walkthrough
We complete a final walkthrough, address any remaining items, and ensure the project meets our shared expectations.
09 · Ongoing Support
Our work doesn’t end at completion. We remain available for follow-up, warranty items, and long-term support.
