After 15 years of building and renovation experience in all areas of the Chicagoland market, Rick Easty founded Heartland Construction Group in 2001 headquartered in the West Town neighborhood of Chicago. In 2020, Heartland moved its hq to its present location at 260 Lake St. centrally located in Oak Park and within minutes from the majority of our job sites.
To this day, Heartland continues to specialize in high-quality residential additions, full-home renovations, thoughtfully detailed remodels, and local commercial work. Our in-house carpentry team, paired with disciplined project management, allows us to deliver refined craftsmanship, clear communication, and a seamless construction experience from start to finish.
